The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved the convenience of the king room, as well as central heating, a personal safe and a fridge. The breakfast was traditional, plenty of outstanding food. Decent base for exploring Chicago😀

Thanks to responsive staff the entire hotel was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered plenty of excellent food.

The breakfast was free and I liked the fact that the room had an absolutely superb view. There were a supermarket and shopping centers around the hotel. Also, such main attraction as Mb Financial Park at Rosemont Recreation Center was 4 miles from this property. Bed was so so comfy and pleasant room overall. They had a very quick check-in too. There was free wifi that worked quite well throughout the property.

The breakfast was excellent and there was lots of great food. The pool area was excellent and the location was fantastic. With fast check-in and late check-out, this hotel was absolutely amazing.
It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

My favorite hotel in Chicago, the staff was efficient. Accommodation was MODERN and fairly clean, rooms were calm. Walking distance to a supermarket and shopping malls across the street. I slept so comfy in the extra comfy bed. Variety of options, pretty good food.

Pretty clean, contemporary hotel in a superb location. Okay and attractive rooms, quite large bathroom. You could walk to a supermarket and a mall. As I remember, there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Baskin-Robbins that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
